Design
Our garments are designed to offer maximum user comfort. We utilise unisex, male and female shaped garments as required by the end user. Our extensive size range guarantees individual satisfaction and a tailored measuring service is offered to ensure this perfect fit.
Performance
All our PPE garments are certified to international standards. In addition to these certificates we provide AgResearch reports and user advice. All our garments are optimal performers in each specific marketplace.
Quality Control
FUL offers complete peace of mind regarding the ongoing performance of all our garments and protection systems. All the materials we utilise have been tested and have a proven track record. In addition to this we batch test materials using AgResearch as an independent quality monitor.

Production Process
Utilising highly trained staff and the most modern technology, the production of our garments are allocated to various factories, dependent on styles and quantities required. All garments are designed and tested in our Papakura manufacturing plant. This facility is also used for smaller productions of stock items, ensuring quick and efficient turnaround of orders.
Warehouse, Packing and Dispatch
We operate a two stage warehousing operation between our factories and Papakura distribution centre. Specialist PPE is labeled with a unique serial number which can be used to trace back to the material batches in each production. Care instructions, packaging and delivery method can be customized to meet user requirements
Research and Development
In addition to our fully integrated manufacturing plant in Papakura, FUL partners with Sioen Technologies in Belgium and AgResearch in Christchurch, to ensure we have access to the most technologically advanced testing laboratories available. These facilities are utilized for ongoing quality control procedures and extensive research and development.
Meetings and Seminars
FUL regularly holds meetings and seminars for staff training and to act as a tool for updating customers on new innovations. These seminars often follow a topical theme and are usually attended by industry speakers and supplier organisations, with whom we work alongside in development. Customers can visit the showroom and review our latest designs.
